At EasySmartPrint, managed by Harsh Chauhan, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished printers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter an issue, we are here to help with returns and refunds according to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your refurbished hardware. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
3. Eligible Reasons for Return

Defective or Damaged Goods: If the printer arrives damaged or fails to function as described, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.

Incorrect Item: If you receive a different model than the one you ordered.

Change of Mind: We accept returns for non-defective items; however, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Consumables that have been opened or installed (such as ink cartridges, toner, or paper).
