End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and EasySmartPrint, managed by Harsh Chauhan. This Agreement governs your use of any software, firmware, or digital applications pre-installed on or provided with the refurbished hardware purchased through https://easysmartprint.info/.

2. Third-Party Software and Licenses

EasySmartPrint is an independent third-party reseller. All software, drivers, and firmware associated with the products sold are the property of their respective manufacturers and brand owners.

  • By using the hardware, you agree to abide by the original manufacturer’s EULA.

  • EasySmartPrint does not own or claim any rights to the proprietary software provided by the manufacturers.

3. Scope of Use

The software provided with your refurbished printer is licensed, not sold, to you for use solely in conjunction with the specific hardware unit purchased. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

  • Modify or create derivative works based on the manufacturer’s software.

  • Separate the software from the hardware for use on other devices.

4. Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, and brand names used on this website are for identification purposes only and remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Use of these marks does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights to the user or an endorsement by the brand owners.

5. No Warranty on Software

EasySmartPrint provides refurbished hardware but does not provide warranties for manufacturer-provided software or digital services. For all technical assistance, updates, and software-related warranty claims, please contact the respective manufacturers directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EasySmartPrint or Harsh Chauhan be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the manufacturer’s software, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.
